Reservations for Lowe Park-COVID-19
Due to Covid-19 and social distancing, we are changing the process to make reservations for the Lowe Arts & Environment Center room rentals until we safely open our facilities to the public for walk-in business.
We accept reservations during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.) 364 days in advance. Beginning Monday, May 18, at 7 a.m. we will accept phone reservations at 319-447-3590 for the Lowe rental rooms.
Example: May 18, 2021, can be reserved beginning May 19, 2020
May 15, 2021, can be reserved beginning May 16, 2020; however, the office is closed on
the weekend, so the reservation cannot be made until Monday, May 18, 2020
We will pencil you in on our reservation book, mail you the contract for your signature and payment to be returned within one week’s time. Until we open our doors to the public, we will accept checks or cash; our security policy does not allow us to accept credit card numbers over the phone.

Reservations for many of the Marion Park facilities must be made in person at the Marion Parks & Recreation office, Monday thru Friday, 7 a.m.- 4 p.m. Payment by cash, check, or credit/debit is due when the reservation is made.
Park Pavilion reservations can be made either in person or by phone (319-447-3580.) You will be penciled in the reservation book, then forms we be sent off to you with a seven day return on signed rental form and payment. Reservations made in person can be done at Thomas Park, 343 Marion Blvd.
Ball Diamond reservations must be made in person at Lowe Park, 4500 N 10th Street.
