2020 Pool Season

May 25–September 7 (weekends only from August 15–Labor Day)

Regular Hours

Monday-Friday  12:30-7 p.m.
Saturday-Sunday   12:30-5 p.m.

Pool Daily Admission

Ages 4 and Up   $3.75/person
Lap Swim   $3.75/person 

 

Pool Passes

 Individual Pass  $100
 Family Pass  $190
 Family Pass plus sitter  $265

 

Family Season Pass Includes two adults and immediate children that all reside at the same address. This can include children of divorced parents who have joint custody, step-children, or foster children. A babysitter/nanny may be added to your family pass for an additional $75. A babysitter is defined as a responsible adult that will bring your children to the pool and supervise them in your absence.

Discounted Admission Days

Pay $2 per person on these special admission days:

June 21  July 12  August 9

Family Swim Special

Every Wednesday from 4:30–7 p.m. and every Sunday, 3–5 p.m. Bring the entire family for a swim at the Marion Pool for just $12. Admission can include up to a maximum of 2 adults and 4 children under the age of 18. This can include grandparents bringing grandchildren. Family rate available on Wednesday and Sunday evenings ONLY. 

Private Pool Rentals

Evening rentals of the Marion Municipal Pool are available for birthday parties, neighborhood gatherings, church groups, etc. To make a reservation before May 27, contact the Recreation office at 447-3590. After May 27, contact the pool at 377-1654.
Monday–Friday, 7:15–8:45 p.m.................................$225

Life Jackets

Do you have child-size life jackets that you no longer use? Please consider donating them to the Marion Pool for our swim lesson program. We use them to teach life jacket safety. Life jackets can be dropped off at the Lowe Park Arts & Environment Center anytime between 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Thank you in advance!

Marion’s Smoke-Free Parks Ordinance  

With a goal to be the healthiest city in the state and a vision to be the best place in Iowa to raise a family, the City of Marion has made the commitment to smoke-free, nicotine-free and tobacco-free parks and trails. Smoking or the use of tobacco, nicotine products, and vaporizers will not be allowed in City parks or trails. Violators will be subject to a $50. There is no smoking on pool grounds.
