The Marion Parks and Recreation Department and ImOn Communications are pleased to announce the return of the Movies on the Move series. 

One Friday per month in June, July and August, an outdoor movie will be shown at select neighborhood parks in Marion. 

The movie titles, dates and locations for the 2025 season are as follows:

• Friday, June 27, featuring “The Fall Guy” at Lininger Park, 390 Alburnett Rd.
• Friday, July 25, featuring “Twisters” at Thomas Park, 343 Marion Blvd.
• Friday, Aug. 22, featuring “Wicked” at Hanna Park, 775 Fairview Dr.

The movies are scheduled to begin around 8:30 p.m. or dusk. Attendees are encouraged to bring chairs/blankets for open lawn seating. Outside food and drink are permitted. 

The events are free and open to the public thanks to the sponsorship support of ImOn Communications and Marion’s Hotel/Motel Grant program.
