Any business interested in leasing and occupying the property may submit a letter of interest to the City Manager’s office no later than noon on Friday, Jan. 15 in order to be considered. New tenants will need to be considered “low intensity,” per the original intentions for the house when it was gifted to the City of Marion by the McGowan family.
