The applicant is seeking to amend the preliminary plat for property located between Indian Creek Road and Gemstone Road to reconfigure and add seven (7) single family lots from the approved preliminary plat.  No additional lots have been added to the area backing up to Indian Creek Road, those lots remain unchanged from currently approved sizes.

This is a request to amend the future land use map for property located east of the Marion Airport from Business Park / Office to both Light Industrial and Corridor Commercial and from Light Industrial to Corridor Commercial.  This is also a request to rezone property from I-1, Restricted Industrial to C-3, General Commercial and from Linn County A to both I-1, Restricted Industrial and C-3, General Commercial. A preliminary plat has also been submitted in association with this request.
