Swim Lesson Registration Day
Saturday, April 28
$40.00 per child, per session
This is the first day the swim lessons registration is open to the public. It is not required to register on this day, but due to limited availability of sports, classes do tend to fill up quickly. Sessions run for two consecutive weeks with classes meeting for 45 minutes each day, Monday--Friday.
Red Cross Swimming Lessons are offered through the Marion Parks & Recreation Department. Lessons cost $40 per child, per session.
Swim Lesson Session Limits
To allow more children the opportunity to take swim lessons, each child may be registered for no more than two sessions prior to May 11. After May 11, you may register for additional sessions.
No Waiting Lists
The number of students per class is limited in order to provide quality instruction and lessons for everyone. Once a class is filled, no one else can register for that class.
Lesson Changes and Refunds
There is a $10 charge per lesson for changes to the date(s) or time(s) you have registered for. Refunds are available prior to the start of the session, less a $10 administrative fee. No refunds will be allowed after the session has begun.
