Marion Public Library Announces New Deputy Director
The City of Marion is pleased to announce that Kelly Dybvig will join the staff of the Marion Public Library as Deputy Director.
Kelly is an experienced Operations Manager with expertise in relationship building and organizational culture. She has worked in the arenas of operations management, human resources, electronic record implementation, process improvement and employee engagement in both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Her passion and energy to coach and grow others are unmatched. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa and her master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from St. Ambrose University.
“We are elated to have Kelly join our staff as Deputy Director,” said Hollie Trenary, Marion Public Library Director. “Her experience with operations and her great understanding in developing organizations and teams will truly be an asset to the library.”
Dybvig will assume her responsibilities on Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2019. Prior Deputy Director Jo Pearson retired in October 2018.
