New Online Utility Billing Portal & Payment Options to be Offered
A new utility billing solution will soon be in place to add convenience and flexibility for Marion residents. The new software is expected to be rolled out mid-May and at that time customers will have access to a new online self-service portal.
It will provide:
- A user-friendly online interface
- Online options to see account details including current and past utility bills, consumption analysis and more
- FREE online payment ability 24/7 with debit or credit card. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover will be accepted. No longer will there be a fee charged to make online payments.
- More payment options including recurring credit card payments
